Therapy, Our Way.

I am not here to fix you. I am here to walk beside you. Parker joins us with tail wags, soft nudges, and the occasional stick he is certain will help.

Sometimes therapy looks like settling into a cozy space. Other times it means wandering through the woods or pausing by the water to breathe. However we meet, this space is meant to be gentle, grounded, and just challenging enough to help you grow.

In therapy, I bring warmth, humour, and honesty. But I also dig deep. I ask the hard questions and hold space for the parts of you that might feel stuck, scared, or unseen. Therapy should feel real, honest, and human, like two people figuring things out together.

Healing begins with safety, connection, and courage. Some days courage is small; other days it shows up boldly. Wherever you are, we start there together. And Parker will be cheering you on, probably with a goofy grin and a leaf stuck to his face.
