Therapy, Our Way.

I’m not here to rescue you or hand you a five-step plan for becoming someone else. I’m here to meet you as you are and build something steady from there.

Sometimes we sit in a quiet office with soft light and a warm drink nearby. Sometimes we walk side by side on a trail, boots on gravel, breath in the cold air. Parker often joins us, offering his goofy presence and reminding us that the stick he just found absolutely does matter.

Our work is honest and real. There’s space for laughter, silence, swearing, and the parts of you that feel strong or stuck. I won’t rush you, and I won’t collude with the stories that keep you small.

Change doesn’t usually happen in dramatic bursts. It grows through safety, consistency, and being truly seen. We begin wherever you are and take it one step at a time.

This Might Be Your Space If…

  • You’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, burned out, or just not quite yourself

  • You’re moving through grief, change, or that feels heavier than expected

  • You overthink everything, say yes when you want to say no, and your inner critic has a lot to say about it

  • You’re tired of therapy that feels clinical, surface-level, or disconnected and you want something more real.

  • You’re neurodivergent, bicultural, or navigating identity in a way that hasn’t always felt understood

  • You feel drawn to therapy that includes nature, movement, or the comfort of a floppy dog

  • You’re curious about healing, even if you don’t have the words for it yet

Not sure if therapy’s your thing, or just want to make sure we’re a good fit?

Totally get it. That’s why I offer a free 20 minute consult.
