How We Can Work Together

Overview

At Seeking Sunrise, I offer trauma-informed, relational individual therapy as a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) and Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC). My work integrates evidence-based psychotherapy with nature, movement, and the presence of my therapy dog, Parker. Sessions are available outdoors, in my cozy office (in Sechelt), or virtually from the comfort of your home.

You’re welcome to choose from four ways of working together:

  • Walk-and-Talk Therapy

  • In-Person with Parker (cuddles included)

  • Virtual Sessions

  • Kayak Therapy

Whether we’re walking through the trees, sitting quietly with Parker, connecting online, or floating on the water, this is a space where you can show up just as you are. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply seeking something different, we’d be honoured to walk alongside you.

You can learn more about each service below. If you still have questions, check out my FAQs page.
